The Challenge

Problem Statement

The project aimed to design a service for submitting account opening applications within the personal account of Bank Slavia's business clients. The service includes:

An authorization form

A registration confirmation form

User-friendly questionnaires for data entry

Navigation between questionnaires

A user guide for the service

A page with office addresses

A user agreement

A contact form for connecting with a manager

Key Objectives

The primary goal was to create intuitive navigation for document completion, allowing users to quickly and easily switch between forms. Additionally, the questionnaires were designed in convenient and visually clear blocks for a seamless user experience.

UI Design Approach

The task also included exploring various UI approaches. The entire design had to be created from scratch because, at the time of work on the personal account, the bank's main website was already under development, but no design system or UI kit was in place.

The client goes through 5 stages in order:
Authorization

Familiarization with the user guide for the service
Filling out fields in the online forms for the bank's questionnaires
Uploading incorporation documents.

Our approach to work

  • Followed the technical specifications provided by the client

  • Completed the project one week ahead of the deadline

  • Developed a design kit, including variations, components, typography, colours, and icons, and delivered it to the client upon project completion.

Documents for completion

The list of all documents to be filled out is pinned on the left, arranged in a way that they are visible without scrolling. A color differentiation based on the form completion status has been added.



Long documents are divided into logical stages, and a progress indicator for completion has been included.

Form builder blocks

The forms for completion are made as separate blocks for each question. There are a number of block components that are used to assemble all the questionnaires.
