The Challenge

Problem Statement

Design a secure, user-friendly digital portal for corporate clients to complete complex bank account opening procedures entirely online, replacing traditional paper-based processes.

Traditional bank account opening for corporate clients involved extensive paper-based processes with multiple forms, requiring physical visits and manual document handling. The bank needed to digitize this process while maintaining strict regulatory compliance and security standards.

  • Multiple physical visits to bank branches
