challenge

challenge

The original admin panel for One Platform was overloaded with functions and lacked structure, making it difficult for content managers and developers to work efficiently. Navigation was confusing, role-based access was missing, and essential actions were hidden behind technical UI patterns. The challenge was to reduce cognitive load while supporting a complex B2B system used daily across multiple dealerships.

solution

solution

Through interviews, surveys, and iterative validation, we redesigned the system around user roles and workflows. Core actions like client authorization and site switching were streamlined, while navigation was restructured into clear, predictable patterns. Information architecture was simplified, modules grouped logically, and a persistent sidebar was introduced to make orientation effortless.

The new interface is clean, structured, and scalable, with a consistent design language that emphasizes clarity and usability. Role-based visibility ensures users only see what’s relevant, while visual markers and quick-access controls reduce errors and save time. The result is a modern admin panel that transforms complexity into an intuitive, efficient, and trusted tool.
