Opening a business account in Slavia Bank was traditionally a bureaucratic, paper-heavy process that frustrated clients and required significant manager involvement. The challenge was to transform this into a seamless digital journey that supported multiple client types, complex legal requirements, and a large number of forms and documents — all without overwhelming the user.

We designed a personal online portal for business clients, covering every step from secure authorization to document submission. The flow was structured into clear stages with progress indicators, smart autofill (via Dadata API), and integrated support. An admin panel allowed bank staff to manage forms, sessions, and user data, ensuring flexibility and scalability.

The interface combined a formal, trustworthy aesthetic with practical clarity. A custom design system was built from scratch to handle dense regulatory content, including modular form blocks, validation states, and adaptive layouts for desktop and tablet. The result is a professional, transparent, and user-centered onboarding service that turns a complex offline process into an intuitive digital experience.
