Originally distributed as an old-fashioned offline app, PDFs and Excel files, the system was reimagined and brought online to provide users with an interactive, filterable, and more intuitive experience.

The platform is used by HR professionals, top managers, and analysts to compare salaries, analyze trends, and benchmark compensation data.
